Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Government direct industrial contractor applicator/fabricator segment and dealer channel in alignment with organizational objectives and business plan.
Meet individual sales targets for Admixture Floor Coating Waterproofing and Grouts by managing key accounts of infrastructure contractors.
Deliver presentations to customers support Business Development Manager in obtaining corporate/client approvals and secure product specification approvals from consultants.
Monitor competition activities and local market trends and implement appropriate interventions to counter them.
Provide continuous support and guidance to the Field Sales and Sales Teams in expanding the contractor base and conducting training on Admixture Floor Coating Waterproofing and Grouts as needed.
Resolve customer issues related to project progress and handle customer complaints effectively.
