Job Description

The Factor Fellowship is an 18week parttime program for working professionals from diverse backgrounds looking to break into indemand roles at NYCs fastestgrowing startups. Programming is created and run by top startup leaders operators and VCs. Upon completing the program youll have the opportunity to connect to a fulltime role within a highgrowth startup.

The Fall 2025 cohort will take place from midSeptember 2025 through early February 2026 with programming scheduled for evenings and weekends. Please reach out to if any questions.
