The Project Manager in Program & Project Management group coordinates technology transfer of new pharmaceutical products in commercial manufacturing.
The scope of the position covers three major areas: Technical Expertise Customer Experience and Relationship Management Growth. Specifically you will carry out the following duties:
Ensure that clients project requirements are received and processed by our internal functions.
Convening the Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups assigning and coordinating the tasks associated with the introduction of new processes/projects within the site.
Startup Coordination and monitoring of the project progress. Continuous contact with the clients identification and troubleshooting supported by the specialists of involved functions.
Improve production process efficiency focusing on cost savings and adhering to cGMP and company procedures.
Assist the Site Technical Business Manager in identifying technical risks for new job orders and business opportunities during client meetings.
MSc in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologies or related scientific fields
At least 2 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility good knowledge of technical aspects of pharmaceutical Industry and CMO manufacturing processes
Experience with sterile manufacturing is strongly preferred
Experience in leading projects project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients at all levels
Ability to empower coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams
Proficient English and Italian (speaking reading writing)
