Job Description
Product Manager
ECP is a marketleading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 7500 communities around the world. Were looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.
Were looking for an experienced product manager that is excited to make an impact at a fastgrowing 85person company. This role will report to our VP of Product.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the continued development of existing products
- Own the success of assigned projects and products (e.g. solve customer pain points and meet business objectives)
- Be an expert on the product customer business market and industry
- Analyze data and metrics to make informed product decisions
- Collaborate with product team (product engineering design marketing) to execute product planning customer discovery product discovery product development and product launch
- Act as an Agile Product Owner (communicate product vision prioritize product backlog write product requirements participate in daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives)
Requirements
- 2 years of product management experience at a SaaS company
- A relevant degree or background (e.g. business design engineering a leadership role in health/longterm care)
- Strategic and critical thinker
- Customercentric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
- Strong project management skills & attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
