We are one of the largest Chevrolet dealership in MN and as we grow we are looking to add exceptional talent and leadership to our team.Friendly Chevrolet is seeking a selfmotivated and highperforming individual fit for the position of Service BDC Customer Specialist.The candidate should have strong verbal communication skills enthusiasm and extraordinary customer service skills.

Job Title: Business Development Center Representative (Service) Fulltime

Essential Duties:

  • Answer Service department calls and set appointments.
  • Follow up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Make outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Has daily/monthly expectations on appointment setting & outbound call requirements.
  • Ensure service prospects & previous customers are up to date on upcoming deals & offers.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
