Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 25 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our development and deployment processes ensuring high availability scalability and reliability of our systems. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines automate infrastructure management and support cloudbased environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless deployment of applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Deploy manage and maintain containerized applications in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
- Manage version control systems including branching and merging using Git.
- Ensure the availability and scalability of cloud infrastructure on Azure Cloud Services and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor troubleshoot and optimize system performance in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Collaborate with development operations and security teams to implement DevOps best practices and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Implement and maintain monitoring logging and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.
- Participate in oncall rotation and provide support for production systems as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 25 years of handson experience in DevOps engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps Terraform Ansible and AKS.
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and experience managing Linux systems.
- Solid understanding of version control tools particularly Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure and GCP.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with networking concepts security practices and system monitoring tools
.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Azure GCP or other relevant cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related best practices.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and implementation.
