Oracle Fusion Time and Labor Functional Consultant

• Configuration of Timecards & Components: Configure Oracle Fusion Time and Labor to manage timecards time entry and related components to ensure accurate time tracking.
• Time Entry & Calculation Rules: Define and configure Time Entry and Time Calculation rules to meet the organizations requirements and ensure accurate payroll data.
• Profile Configuration: Configure Time Entry & Time Processing profiles aligning them with business rules and company policies.
• Element Creation & Payroll Integration: Create and configure Elements (preferred experience in Payroll Elements) ensuring smooth integration between Time and Labor and Payroll systems.
• Testing & Validation: Facilitate CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions ensuring the system works as intended and meets user expectations.
• Fast Formulas: Write and troubleshoot Time & Labor Fast Formulas to implement complex business logic and calculations.
• Requirements Gathering: Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare functional documentation including configuration notes test scripts and user guides. Provide training to endusers as necessary.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other functional and technical teams to resolve issues implement changes and support ongoing system improvements.

• Experience: 58 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor with a deep understanding of configuration setup and integration.
• Time and Labor Configuration: Advanced knowledge of configuring Timecards Time Entry and Time Calculation rules in Oracle Fusion.
• Payroll Elements (Preferred): Experience with creating Payroll Elements for integration between Time and Labor and Payroll systems is highly desirable.
• Fast Formulas: Ability to write test and troubleshoot Time & Labor Fast Formulas to address complex requirements.
• Testing & Validation: Experience facilitating CRP and UAT testing ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to lead requirements gathering workshops gathering input from stakeholders and translating it into actionable system configurations.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively document and communicate technical details to both functional and technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment collaborate with functional and technical teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• SelfMotivation & Time Management: Selfmotivated with the ability to plan and manage tasks independently meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail ensuring that all configurations testing and documentation are completed accurately and to the highest standards.

• Oracle Fusion Certification: Relevant Oracle Fusion certifications (e.g. HCM or Time and Labor) are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Experience working with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g. Payroll Absence Management) is beneficial.
• Project Management: Experience managing project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications is an asset.
