AEM SRE

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AEM AMS environments.
• Provide L3 support for fixing complex technical issues.
• Work in a Dev Support capacity to ensure stability and performance.

• Identify optimizations to improve system performance and reliability.
• Set up proactive monitoring mechanisms for early failure detection and resolution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for zero downtime in staging and production environments.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and Adobe support teams for issue resolution.
• Communicate technical insights and solutions clearly to various stakeholders.

• Be sharp and proactive in understanding issues and debugging at the root level.
• Take ownership of incidents and follow through to resolution

• Must be willing to work outside business hours when necessary to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues.

• Experience: Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting AEM AMS environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in AEM proactive monitoring tools and debugging techniques.
• ProblemSolving: Demonstrated ability to understand and debug complex technical problems independently.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication collaboration and coordination skills.
• Work Ethic: Must be detailoriented proactive and committed to ensuring system reliability.
