Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Talent Functional Consultant with 58 years of handson experience in Goal Management Performance Management and Talent Review and Succession Planning modules within Oracle Cloud. In this role you will be responsible for the endtoend design development implementation and ongoing support of these modules as part of our Talent Management solution. You will also manage integrations with other systems handle legacy data migration and provide IT business partnership to the Talent Management function.
As a Fusion Talent Functional Consultant you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that drive continuous improvement in Talent Management processes. You will ensure the seamless operation and integration of the Talent Management suite with other business systems and thirdparty providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Module Management: Design develop implement and support Oracle Cloud Goal Management Performance Management and Talent Review and Succession Planning modules to meet the business requirements.
- Talent Management Data Integration: Own and manage data integration between Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules and other systems including legacy systems ensuring seamless data flow.
- Legacy Data Migration: Manage the solution for migrating legacy Talent Management data to Oracle Cloud ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- System Retirement: Support the retirement of legacy Talent Management systems working with teams to ensure smooth transitions and data migration.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in the Talent Management systems landscape by collaborating with functional and technical teams to identify enhancements and optimize processes.
- Collaboration with Talent Management Function: Act as an IT business partner to the Talent Management function understanding the business needs and ensuring the solution is aligned with organizational goals.
- Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation including functional specifications configuration standards and user guides for the Talent Management modules.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Lead and participate in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Functional Specifications & Technical Specifications: Work with business stakeholders to create functional specification documents and assist developers in creating technical specification documents.
- Testing Support: Develop acceptance test scenarios and participate in testing activities (unit testing UAT etc. to ensure the solution meets business requirements and works as expected.
- 7x24 Support: Provide 7x24 support when necessary addressing issues or system disruptions as they arise.
- Project Milestones & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to project milestones and timelines identifying risks and issues early on and taking corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Reporting & Issue Escalation: Report workstream risks issues and progress to the project management team ensuring proper visibility and timely resolution.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 58 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules (Goal Management Performance Management Talent Review and Succession Planning).
- Functional Expertise: Indepth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management functionality including configuration business process design and integration with other modules.
- Data Integration & Migration: Strong experience in data integration (including legacy systems) and talent management data migration to Oracle Cloud.
- Business Process Design: Experience in gathering business requirements leading workshops and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Documentation & Standards: Ability to create and maintain system documentation configuration standards and user guides for Talent Management modules.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience developing test scenarios and participating in various testing activities including unit integration and UAT testing.
- Project Management: Ability to drive project milestones manage risks and work collaboratively with the project management team to ensure the success of the implementation.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders IT teams and vendors.

Desired Skills:
- Oracle Fusion Certification: Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications (Talent Management HCM) are a plus.
- Experience with ThirdParty Integrations: Familiarity with integrating Oracle Cloud Talent Management with thirdparty systems (e.g. learning management systems external performance tools).
- Change Management: Experience in managing organizational change related to Talent Management system implementations and upgrades.
- Reporting & Analytics: Experience with Oracle BI or OTBI for generating reports and dashboards related to Talent Management processes.
