As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant youll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Cortlands corporate functions. Youll drive full-cycle recruitment strategies partner closely with hiring managers and ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Cortlands values and supports our business objectives. Your expertise will help shape scalable data-informed hiring practices that fuel our continued growth.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business goals

• Proactively source and connect with top talent through various channels building diverse pipelines for high-impact corporate roles

• Leverage market insights and talent data to guide hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes

• Bring fresh creative ideas to attract top candidates for specialized and niche positions

• Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom initial outreach through interviews offers and onboardingensuring a seamless and positive experience

• Stay ahead of industry trends by recommending innovative sourcing and engagement strategies

• Champion Cortlands employer brand by supporting recruitment marketing efforts and representing the company at events conferences and career fairs

• • 5 years of experience in high-volume fast-paced recruiting environments; background in corporate functions like Technology Accounting or Marketing preferred
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to develop tailored effective recruitment strategies
  • Proficient in recruiting tools with a strong grasp of digital sourcing best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; consultative approach with stakeholders
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment efforts
