Position: Software Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing software solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our research and development processes. This is a parttime position with a commitment of 20 hours per week based in our California office.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and develop software solutions to meet those needs
Design and develop software applications using programming languages such as Java Python and C
Write clean efficient and maintainable code
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications
Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into our software development processes
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the quality and accuracy of software applications
Document software development processes and maintain documentation for future reference
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Continuously improve software development processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in software development
Proficient in programming languages such as Java Python and C
Experience with database management and SQL
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
