About the Opportunity
Yorktown Search Partners has been exclusively retained to identify a Corporate Access Intern for a boutique highperforming investment bank with deep roots in M&A capital raising and investor engagement. This role offers the rare opportunity to gain frontline exposure to capital markets investor relations and executivelevel event planning.
This internship is ideal for someone looking to build a career in capital markets investor relations or strategic communications and who thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting. The intern will work closely with seasoned professionals and institutional investors on realtime engagements and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and of investor meetings nondeal roadshows and select corporate events (virtual and inperson).
- Support CRM management and investor database updates.
- Conduct research on institutional investors industry verticals and event strategy.
- Draft meeting briefs investor profiles and internal insights reports.
- Collaborate on the creation of investor presentations and support materials.
- Join internal planning sessions and observe key meetings as appropriate.
Ideal Candidate
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance Business Economics or a related discipline.
- Passionate about capital markets investor strategy and financial storytelling.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Selfstarter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to operate in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn PitchBook or Capital IQ is a plus.
