Job Description

Requirements:

Must have 5 years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
Must have experience working on education senior living or healthcare projects ranging over 20M in value
Must be able to read drawings (structural electrical mechanical & plumbing) be familiar with takeoffs prepare labor material equipment and subcontractor estimates.
Effective interaction with contractors engineers architects and team members is essential.
Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
