What Will You Do

• Define and shape the AI roadmap to align with company objectives and market needs

• Drive the development of conversational AI systems that improve healthcare experiences for patients and providers

• Enhance our LLM Ops and evaluation systems to ensure the safety and performance of AI models in healthcare applications

• Lead AI initiatives including RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation) and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) to continually improve system performance

• Mentor and develop a talented team of AI engineers ensuring their growth and success in a highly competitive market

• Cultivate partnerships with healthcare executives clinicians and tech partners to drive innovation and thought leadership

What Will You Need

• 7 years of Python programming experience particularly in AI and ML solutions

• Expertise in developing and deploying productionscale AI systems with a focus on LLMs (Large Language Models)

• Strong commitment to AI safety and ethical principles especially in healthcare applications

• Extensive experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) with a focus on conversational AI

• 3 years of experience in a senior management or director role leading AI teams and projects

• Advanced degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully building and scaling AIdriven products

• Ability to define AI roadmaps iterate quickly and work collaboratively with product engineering and executive teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the healthcare industry particularly in clinical NLP or healthrelated applications

• Fullstack development experience with expertise in React and integrating AI capabilities into frontend applications

• Familiarity with AWS ML and Life Science Cloud platforms
