Job Description
Are you a licensed architect with a strong background in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and handson experience navigating US building codes and zoning regulations We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing remote team specializing in the design and documentation of ADU projects for residential clients in the US preferably in LA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of ADU projects from concept to permit approval.
- Prepare architectural drawings plans and technical documentation in compliance with LA codes and standards.
- Coordinate with clients engineers and local authorities for permit processing and plan check responses.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and oversee quality control in design output.
- Ensure compliance with California building codes zoning and accessibility standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio of ADU and residential projects.
- Indepth knowledge of US Los Angeles permitting processes zoning ordinances and construction standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit or other industrystandard drafting/design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Must be available to join immediately.
