Were looking for a Germanspeaking Gaming Support Specialist to join an international team dedicated to supporting a fastgrowing gaming community. Youll be the friendly voice (or chat) behind the screen solving player issues and making sure every gamer has a nextlevel experience.
What youll do:
With full training provided youll assist users via email chat and phone helping with troubleshooting guiding them through features and offering expert support for a major gaming brand.
What you bring:
Fluent German good English curiosity for new tech and a love for helping people. Bonus points if youre already a gamer or customer support superstar.
