Job Description

Allegro is a leading technologydriven ecommerce retailer in Poland with a strategy focused on further growth and international expansion also as a delivery fulfillment and fintech company. 

The role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business. As the Senior HR Business Partner for the Operations Business Unit you will play a key role in driving business success by ensuring that our workforce is aligned with our strategic goals. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking adaptability and strong interpersonal skills to navigate challenges and lead HR initiatives in the dynamic and fastevolving logistics industry. You will provide strategic HR support to the Fulfillment Center and Supply Chain departments which include both analytics and businessfocused roles.

What does this role involve

  • Change management process including risk mitigation in area of people during all business changes
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and peoplerelated strategy and
  • Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues
  • Educate coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback employee relations development and coaching compensation and organizational development
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs such as recruiting retention compensation benefits and Learning & Development
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business result
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Lead core HR processes across supported business (performance calibration compensation cycle promotions)
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g. compensation job levels and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on valueadded programs in areas of training development career mobility and job performance
  • Educate team members on compensation practices including compensation performance feedback performance calibration and career transitions.

This job is for you if:

  • You have proven HRBP experience (at least 5 years in large enterprises preferably in ecommerce logistics operations)
  • Have Minimum Masters degree in business management HR 
  • Experience in an international environment and team management is an asset
  • You can influence your business partners in building new organizational structures
  • You can gather and analyze available data and stakeholder needs translating them into workable HR solutions
  • You have a track record of successfully preparing and implementing HR projects
  • You have a deep understanding of leadership and the ability to support the development of current and future leaders
  • You are open skilled at building relationships with people of varying seniority and can become a trusted valueadded advisor
  • You can cooperate and communicate effectively with many stakeholders in a fastmoving environment
  • You are proficient in HRIS and data analytics tools
  • You have strong written and spoken communication skills in English (C1
  • You have excellent expertise in local labor law
