Job Overview:
- UX Lead Salesforce UX experience Deep understanding of usercentered design principles information architecture interaction design and usability.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and interaction models to showcase design concepts and user flows.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles design patterns and best practices.
- Ability to decompose lengthy workflows into more usable intuitive and simple tasks.
- Work in cross functional teams with Developers and UX Leaders to ensure project quality in terms of consistency and guidelines.
- Conduct user interviews focus groups and contextual inquiry sessions to understand business requirements and to get valuable insights into the user pain points.
- Create detailed use cases to cover all the possible scenarios.
- Experience in designing complex usercentered digital products.
- Designed interactive wireframes using modern UI design features.
- Proficient in usability principles and techniques.
- Oversee usability testing user feedback sessions and other evaluation techniques to ensure that designs meet user expectations and business goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
