Job Description
As a Product Manager you will focus on developing our platform enabling new valorisation vertical and the way clients interact with it with Flexcity
You will be part of the Core team within the Product Team. This team works closely with developers the other parts of the Product Team and Portfolio managers. Your role is divided into the following:
Product Development 50
Lead the development and of the product roadmap ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs
Define and maintain product requirements for (i) new grid services or valorisation access and (ii) platform improvements to make it scalable
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and technical feasibility
Coordinate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences for internal tools and clients
Product Discovery 25
Build deep knowledge of the business industry data and customers
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the energy technology space including new valorisation vectors such as Intraday congestion and SaaS solutions
Project Implementation 25
Coordinate crossfunctional teams throughout the product lifecycle
Manage product launches and interact with clients/partners
Monitor project timelines and milestones
Share expertise on flexibility cross teams
Qualifications :
Hard Skills
Fluent in English French or Dutch being a strong plus
Rigour and analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Product management expertise
