As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you are the front line for our sales efforts driving revenue growth by identifying engaging and nurturing highvalue prospects in a B2B environment. You will focus on developing relationships with key decisionmakers including Clevel executives and VPs leveraging a consultative approach to create business opportunities.
Work Location: This role is remote for candidate based in the US and UK only

Specific requirements: Proven experience in B2B Business Development Sales or Account Management engaging with Clevel and VPlevel decisionmakers.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highperformance environment.
Experience in Lead Generation Prospect Sourcing Inside Sales or similar function is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) and LinkedIn for prospecting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This individual generates new interested and qualified sales leads through networking targeted campaigns social media cold calling and various other forms of outreach. They educate and nurture sales leads to ultimately schedule prospect meetings for our sales team.

Position Requirements:
This role requires the ability to strategically build and expand relationships within prospective client organizations engaging decisionmakers and driving business growth. Candidates must excel in negotiation valuebased selling and relationship management at the executive level.
Must also have strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver a presentation and answer questions in a prospect facing environment. They must also have a strength in coaching and mentorship to support their peers.
To succeed in this role individuals must be highly motivated results driven selfstarters. The role requires you to achieve monthly and quarterly targets consistently identifying opportunities to improve individual performance. The role must also be able to work in a collaborative sales environment handing off relationships and opportunities to sales partners.
Experience:
2 years of experience in B2B Business Development Sales or Account Management with a focus on selling to enterprise or midmarket clients.
Experience in Lead Generation Prospect Sourcing Inside Sales or similar function is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs related to pipeline development meetings booked and revenue impact.
