We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Client Services to lead our client engagement function ensuring exceptional service delivery strong relationships and measurable impact across our portfolio. This leadership role will oversee client strategy account growth team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Serve as senior contact for key client relationships ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients.
- Ensure clients receive toptier service strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
- Resolve highlevel client issues or escalations.
Strategic Oversight
- Drive strategic planning across accounts to meet clients hiring goals and elevate their employer brand.
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal from concept to delivery.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Directors Client Strategists and Project Managers.
- Set clear performance goals and foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
Business Growth
- Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with the new business team on pitches and proposals contributing to the agencys overall growth strategy.
Operational Oversight
- Establish and refine processes to ensure scalability consistency and quality across client engagements.
- Monitor account health budget utilization and campaign performance ensuring profitability and client ROI.
- Monitor budgets timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient project .
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience Needed:
- 10 years of experience in client services account leadership or strategic marketingpreferably within recruitment marketing talent acquisition or employer branding.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition employer value propositions (EVPs) programmatic job advertising and digital media.
- Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
- Proven success managing largescale enterprise clients or complex multichannel campaigns.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor inspire and grow teams.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media paid social programmatic advertising and analytics.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms recruitment technologies and candidate journey optimization is a plus.
