Job Description
AECOM has an immediate opportunity available for a Lean Construction Manager for employment in Lima Per.
- Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
- Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors including understanding of current business trends.
- Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
- May have budget responsibilities.
- Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact shortterm goals of organization.
- Accountable for the development coordination and of the planning design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individuals direction on a daytoday focusing on applying Lean principles and practices to the construction process to increase efficiency reduce waste and enhance value. Their scope of responsibilities includes:
- Implementation of Lean Practices
- Participation in Project Planning and Scheduling
- Participation in Quality Assurance
- Training and Development
- CrossDisciplinary Team Collaboration
- Cost Control and Waste Reduction
- Process Improvement and Innovation
- Risk Management
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or similar 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience desirable
- Advanced English
- Experience in Implementation of Lean Practices
