Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee multiple application projects and ensure effective coordination between cross-functional teams. This role involves managing project execution monitoring performance and optimizing resource allocation while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coordination and communication between cross-functional teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear goals and timelines.
- Monitor team capacity and adjust resources to maintain productivity.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project quality.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
Important Technical Skills:
- 10 years of experience in application management and project oversight.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven experience with secure CI/CD practices and cloud security principles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
