Job Description
Main Tasks
- Align with business goals and objectives.
- Design and implement time reporting solutions within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for tracking billable and actual hours for all CSM/ITSM tickets.
- Design automated test scenarios for custom development.
- Develop and maintain the time reporting product roadmap.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the time reporting platform.
- Ensure the time reporting solution integrates with other ServiceNow modules.
- Integrate time reporting with thirdparty systems.
- Create lowlevel design documentation and estimate the implementation.
- Manage upgrades including document review awareness sessions impact analysis and testing.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform and time reporting module (CSA and CIS SPM certifications).
- Implemented time reporting solutions in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of time tracking processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Skilled in communication and stakeholder management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experienced with Agile methodologies and project management.
