Were hiring a SaaS Sales Leader

Were looking for someone who is ready to lead our sales journey in small and midmarket segment. What we call the title is secondary to us; what matters most is finding the right leader who can help us scale our business build strong relationships and take charge of big deals & bold moves.

Youve built and scaled B2B SaaS sales engines before.
Youve led teams closed deals automated optimized and strategized.

  • Build and lead a highperforming sales team focused on middlemarket segment

  • Set up scalable predictable sales processes that are datadriven and automated wherever possible

  • Improve pipeline quality optimize conversion rates shorten sales cycles

  • Drive new verticals customer acquisition strategies and expansion into new industries

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for

  • Someone who has done this before  minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS experience and at least 3 leading a team

  • strategic operator who knows their way around CRM (we use HubSpot) understands SaaS metrics (LTV CAC MRR churn) and leads through data

  • team builder  strong in hiring coaching and inspiring people

  • collaborator  someone who thrives in crossfunctional teams and aligns sales with product marketing and ops

  • Someone whos ambitious communicative and proactive

  • Fluent in Polish and English (C1/C2

  • Bonus if youve scaled a company from PL to international markets

Who were not looking for (and we say it with love)!

  • If youre more into maintaining the status quo than shaking things up this might not be your thing

  • If youre waiting for perfect processes instead of building them this role will drive you crazy

  • If KPIs make you roll your eyes and automation sounds like a buzzword well probably be out of sync

  • If leadership to you means topdown orders not rolling up your sleeves were too handson for that

  • And if you prefer polished decks over real conversations with customers youll be bored here
