Build and lead a highperforming sales team focused on middlemarket segment

Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
Someone who has done this before minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS experience and at least 3 leading a team
A strategic operator who knows their way around CRM (we use HubSpot) understands SaaS metrics (LTV CAC MRR churn) and leads through data
A team builder strong in hiring coaching and inspiring people
A collaborator someone who thrives in crossfunctional teams and aligns sales with product marketing and ops
Someone whos ambitious communicative and proactive
Fluent in Polish and English (C1/C2
Bonus if youve scaled a company from PL to international markets
Who were not looking for (and we say it with love)!
If youre more into maintaining the status quo than shaking things up this might not be your thing
If youre waiting for perfect processes instead of building them this role will drive you crazy
If KPIs make you roll your eyes and automation sounds like a buzzword well probably be out of sync
