We are seeking a motivated and detailed Human Resources Coordinator to join the People Group Team! The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources excellent organizational skills with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail and a passion for supporting Associates and enhancing a workplace culture.
About the Job:
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition departments
- Assists in maintaining compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Supports development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Assists with Corporate Event planning and Associate engagement activities including contract negotiations venue planning travel arrangements for attendees and final invoice reconciliation
- Supports HR Leadership to oversee Companys fleet management program including administering and recommending new approaches for acquisition assignment utilization maintenance repair replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles; also serves as the primary contact concerning the vehicle fleet and operations
- Assist with recruitment processes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database management and ensuring data integrity
- Provides support with Talent Acquisition conference attendance preparation
- Responsible for facilitating Associate onboarding processes with HR Generalist including preparing onboarding materials and assisting in facilitating new hire orientation sessions
- Assists with Associate offboarding including collecting exist interview data and processing offboarding documentation
- Collaborates with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth candidate and new hire experience
- Maintains personnel records both physical and electronic ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and programs to serve as a reliable source of information to employees
- Handles employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters.
- Assists in preparing HRrelated reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Manages Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry and ensures data integrity.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications :
What Youll Bring to Lucid Hearing:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
- 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- 12 years of Demonstrated Operations experience (preferred)
- Flexibility to provide periodic support outside of traditional working hours when urgent challenges arise
