Responsibilities:
Build compelling pitches and propositions for target accounts and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products and services as well as the other solutions landscape in market to ensure the presales team can confidently position our solutions as the best fit for customer needs.
Continuously evaluate and improve presales processes tools and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the sales cycle.
Proactively provides case studies capability documents and presentations to support customer solutions and sales in existing and new accounts.
Identify and reach out to potential partners and clients through various channels including cold reach outs and mailers.
Track BU performance analyzing metrics such as win rates deal velocity and customer engagement. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.
15 years of experience in a presales sales engineering or technical consulting role in engineering services company. Demonstrated success in building mentoring and growing high performing teams.
Has owned implementation of strategy and has ability to access and drive the success.
Strong understanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences businesses.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skill.
