Job Description
Lead mentor and manage a team of C Software Developers Qas Business Analyst. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture and has accountability for their performance and results. Sets performance objectives conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions.
Oversee the planning and delivery of software projects. Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Defines a vision for the team in line with the department strategy and operational challenges and translates it into a concrete action plan. Works with a high level of autonomy with some guidance from Senior Manager.
Implement and promote Agile methodologies within the team. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements prioritize tasks and align development efforts with business goals.
Provide technical direction and support to the development team. Ensure best practices in coding testing and deployment are followed.
Ensure the delivery of highquality software by implementing robust testing and code review processes.
Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Technical excellence:
Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries
Collaborate with other software development architecture solutions and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability stability scalability and performance.
Proficiency in C with DB experience in a distributed environment. Good to have Cloud knowledge and exposure to other tech stack like Java Python etc.
Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and other crossfunctional teams.
Communication:
Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization information
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders including Product Managers designers and other development teams.
