Job Title: Executive Assistant GCC Travel and Coordination
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage GCC travelrelated activities for employees moving into or out of Hyderabad. This role also includes resource onboarding and various executive assistant tasks such as meeting setup and coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage travel arrangements for employees relocating to or from Hyderabad.

- Ensure smooth transitions by coordinating with travel agencies accommodation providers and other relevant parties.

- Handle travel documentation and compliance requirements.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have all necessary resources and information.

- Coordinate with HR and IT departments to set up workstations access credentials and other onboarding essentials.
- Executive Assistant Duties:

- Schedule and organize meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management email correspondence and document preparation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in travel coordination and resource onboarding.
- Familiarity with GCC travel regulations and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
