About Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead project and Agile practices across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing endtoend project lifecycles facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring seamless collaboration between crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Define and manage project timelines scope and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress track KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
Scrum Master / Agile Facilitation:
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Proactively remove impediments that hinder team progress.
Foster a collaborative selforganizing and highperforming team culture.
Ensure adherence to Scrum theory practices and Agile principles across the team.
Requirements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
A proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to delivering highquality support to executives and the broader team.
Experience in project documentation or operations support within the development sector.
Basic understanding of organizational strategy OKRs and leadership workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
A Master s degree or MBA is a plus.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) PMIACP or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Required attributes: Bachelors / Masters degree; Communication, Design, Journalism or similar major is a plus 2+ years of experience working with content writing for the development sector in India or with a social media agency. Excellent English communications skills, both verbal, written and proofreading skills. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Working knowledge of graphic design. Knows to work with a basic design tool like Canva / Photoshop.
