A leading electronics company is seeking a Service Center Operations Supervisor to manage endtoend operations of its authorized battery service center in Ontario CA. This role requires experience in battery service operations as well as strong coordination and leadership skills. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of battery service operations from intake to final release.
- Manage and streamline repair return warranty and maintenance processes.
- Develop implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflows.
- Track service orders and reduce turnaround time through effective coordination.
- Serve as the main point of contact for servicerelated inquiries escalations and client communication.
- Work with customer service and logistics teams to resolve service issues and order discrepancies.
- Handle spare parts procurement returns and warranty claims in coordination with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate HQ regional partners and service vendors.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance safety and industry regulations.
- Implement inspection and testing protocols to verify product quality prior to shipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
- Uphold and enforce company safety environmental and operational policies.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in battery servicing or related technical fields.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and service inventory processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a teamplayer mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with using MS Excel Outlook and inventory tracking software.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Understanding of inventory and repair tracking systems is a plus
