Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Personnel
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product or service quality meets internal standards and customer expectations.
Identify document and track quality issues or defects.
Collaborate with production development or operations teams to resolve qualityrelated issues.
Maintain accurate QA documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. ISO GMP etc. if applicable).
Recommend improvements to existing QA processes and procedures.
Participate in audits and support internal/external assessments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with QA tools techniques and industry best practices.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Being proactive and problem solving Training staff Self-starter ability Ability to Work under pressure Time management Prior experience as a fast food team lead is a must Punctual with an ability to diffuse situations Note all irrelevant Resumes will not be accepted
