- Write clear persuasive and original copy for campaigns websites social media email newsletters and ads.
- Collaborate with designers marketers and product teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
- Edit and proofread copy as needed to maintain brand voice and accuracy.
- Interpret briefs to understand project requirements and messaging.
- Conduct research to support messaging and enhance content accuracy.
- Optimize copy for SEO where applicable.
- Conduct research on competitors and customer behavior to improve copy effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends and consumer behavior to create relevant engaging content.
- Other tasks as may be assigned by Team Lead
Requirements
BSC or HND holder with relevant certificates
NYSC Certificate
Work style is 100 onsite 8 am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience is key
Must have prior experience in the real estate industry
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling.
Understanding of SEO digital marketing and content analytics.
Ability to write for various platforms and adapt tone/style accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) email platforms and social media tools.
