Job Description
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through various means like cold calling or marketing campaigns and qualifying leads.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers understanding their needs and answering their inquiries.
- Sales and Promotion: Promoting products or services explaining benefits providing pricing details and taking orders.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers following up and retaining them.
- Data Management: Recording customer information interactions and feedback.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Meeting Targets: Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Communication: Strong verbal communication active listening and persuasive skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Customer Service: Patience empathy and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Sales: Understanding sales techniques closing deals and upselling.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to use other software tools.
