We are a national network of experienced highlevel freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.Due to increased demand we are now searching for a qualified experienced and dedicated freelance Attorney with strong experience in Family Law preferably located in the Tampa FL area but not required. Work hours will be based upon matters assigned and be subject to change however the freelance attorney would only work those matters and hours based upon their availability.Responsibilities:* Handle a caseload of family law matters as assigned*Represent clients in court proceedings mediations and settlement conferences*Draft and review legal documents and legal correspondence including complicated motions and preparing equitable distribution charts for mediations*Conduct discovery and legal research*Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure case efficiencyWe welcome you to join our network of legal professionals. Requirements
Requirements:
Must be licensed in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
Minimum of 45 years experience in family law cases
Strong research and writing skills and trial experience able to attend hearings and deposition.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
Selfstarter and able to work independently
Able to attend inperson depositions hearings and mediation in the Florida area.
