Job Description

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a field-oriented Large Area Associate (LAA) to join our this role you will work on the ground to build strong relationships with merchants in strategically identified high-density areas. Your core mission is to help these merchants grow their businesses through data-backed engagement campaign participation and adoption of high-impact commercial solutions.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Grow and Elevate Merchants
    • Drive and grow merchants by identifying profiles based on cuisine relevance in-app performance and offline traffic patterns.
    • Act as a growth consultant for merchants per month within your dedicated zone.
  • Deepen Relationships
    • Build trusted high-frequency engagement with merchantsprimarily through visits supported by strategic call follow-ups.
    • Become the go-to partner for merchants seeking to improve their delivery and digital presence.
  • Accelerate Business Performance
    • Ensure high campaign participation from merchants compared to city-level performance.
    • Promote and increase adoption of ads and newly launched products or features.
    • Secure key bet deals including exclusivity and early access pilots.
  • Execute with Focus
    • Operates with objective within a tightly defined geographic area selected for the merchant density.
    • Prioritize hitting assigned KPIs from business growth & campaign participation.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience: 3 years in sales business development or account managementpreferably in e-commerce retail F&B logistics or related sectors.
  • Field Excellence: Hands-on experience with field sales or territory management. You thrive on being in-market and on-the-ground.
  • Skills: Strong communication problem-solving negotiation and ability to translate data into action.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial autonomous and results-driven with a bias for execution.
