Parkeside Consulting is partnering with a global market leading provider of durable rubber flooring solutions for dairy operations. Our client s products are made from 100 recycled premium quality rubber supplied in long continuous rolls for minimal joins and reinforced with integrated steel cable meshing for unmatched strength and longevity. These flooring solutions enhance animal comfort safety and productivity and are installed in internal and external holding yards milking sheds and walkways worldwide.


Job Description

As the International Business Development Manager you will establish and grow a distributor led sales channel for premium rubber flooring across the EU UK and Pacific markets. You will design and execute go to market strategies build and manage distributor relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth within the agricultural sector.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Actively lead drive and achieve sales targets in the agricultural market.

Distributor Network Management: Identify onboard and empower a high performing distributor network across target regions; establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing support.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust sales strategies and route to market plans focused on market development and growth.

Brand Advocacy: Promote the brand s image and gather market feedback to inform product development and technology roll outs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and cross functional teams to align on strategic business development initiatives and ensure seamless .

Operations Oversight: Oversee distributor and customer operations communications and business administration processes.



Requirements


Skills & Experience

  • Channel Development: Proven track record building new international channels via distributor networks within the agriculture sector.
  • Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with EU UK and/or Pacific dairy/agriculture markets; credible leadership in resolving technical and logistical challenges.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated end to end project management skills; excellent oral and written communication.
  • Relationship Building: Strong personal relationships with distributors suppliers and customers; ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Core Competencies: Sales strategy communications brand development product development & technology business administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Agriculture Engineering or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 5 years in international business development or sales management within the agriculture sector.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across target regions.
