Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP EWM software to meet unique business requirements.
- Analyze and optimize existing warehouse processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline operations.
- Conduct user requirement gathering and translate them into functional specifications.
- Prepare detailed documentation for system processes and changes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EWM issues.
- Design and execute EWM training programs for endusers.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
- Maintain master data and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Coordinate testing and validation of new system enhancements.
- Stay updated with SAP EWM trends and updates.
- Lead project teams in warehouse software upgrade and implementation projects.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all warehouse processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience with SAP EWM modules.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics processes.
- Indepth understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Understanding of industry best practices pertaining to warehouse operations.
- Certification in SAP EWM or relevant modules preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and data extraction methods.
- Ability to manage crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and project ownership.
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
