Senior Architect at a Leading UK Architecture Practice
A leading UK architecture practice renowned for its innovative and sustainable designs is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their Central London team. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to lead transformative projects while enjoying a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days onsite per week). As a Senior Architect you ll take a handson role in managing projects from concept to construction ensuring every stage reflects a commitment to creativity sustainability and precision. With 5 years of postqualification experience (PQE) you ll leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide teams engage with clients and deliver designs that meet the highest standards. This position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment and is eager to shape the future of architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages 07.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and project teams.
- Develop and refine design solutions ensuring integration of structure MEP and other systems.
- Manage project resources budgets and timelines to meet profit targets.
- Implement quality management processes and contribute to audits.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Identify business development opportunities and assist in preparing bids for future work.
Requirements:
- 5 years of postqualification experience (PQE) in architecture.
- Proven technical expertise and a strong understanding of construction legislation.
- Excellent communication leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in architectural software (e.g. Revit).
- Registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
- A passion for sustainable innovative design solutions.
