You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a capable and handson HR & Office Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our clients companys people function while ensuring the smooth running of their Malta HQ. This role blends HR leadership office management and highlevel executive support including overseeing aspects of the owners personal properties and logistics.
Youll be instrumental in building HR systems and culture across both our clients Malta and Cyprus operations working closely with the external Strategic HR Advisor and mentoring departmental heads in meeting their HR objectives. You will also support the owner with personal scheduling travel and property coordination through thirdparty suppliers. This is an officebased role in Mosta with occasional travel required between Malta and Cyprus.

As a HR & Office Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with the Strategic Advisor to build and implement robust HR structures policies and tools.Experience in a multifunctional role encompassing HR office management and executive support.
Assertive and confident with the maturity to manage both people and sensitive matters independently.
Exceptionally organized with a strong sense of ownership and an affinity for systems and structure.
Warm personable and comfortable working with people at all levels.
Dataliterate and comfortable making decisions based on metrics and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication and confident in presenting and conducting internal training.
Open to occasional business travel.
