Job Description
Role:
Support the Business Lead in driving the EAM workstream within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
Act as the key liaison between program management and the EAM workstream ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
Oversee and actively support the engagement with 13 business units coordinating with 45 business coordinators (responsible for one or more business units) to facilitate effective . As part of this being overall responsible for the aggregated workstream plan.
Monitor project progress manage risks and escalate issues as needed.
Work closely with the IT Lead to align business requirements with IT delivery.
Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
Provide regular updates to program leadership and business stakeholders.
Essential requirements:
Strong project management experience preferably within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) particularly in the utilities sector is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and crossfunctional teams.
Familiarity with SAP EAM and business process transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with both business and IT teams.
Experience in risk management issue resolution and change management.
