Job Description
Liberty FCU a fullservice credit union is currently seeking applicants for a FullTime Mortgage Post Closer. This position will be based out of the Hurstbourne office located in Louisville KY. Candidates must possess the ability to multitask prioritize and meet strict deadlines and have clear and effective written and oral communication skills. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure mortgage loans are delivered to investors in a timely manner
- Monitor mortgage loan shipping workflow preparation and delivery of funded loans to investor
- Review final loan packages for accuracy and legibility
- Ensure individual investor requirements are met for each delivery type
- Work with secondary to confirm loans have been assigned to investors
- Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management
