Its an exciting time to join the business and we are looking for an HR Advisor to support us along the way.
What were looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team at Pitch. As the sole HR specialist you will provide expert advice and support on a wide range of HR issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices. With a strong HR generalist background you will have experience working within a small to medium sized business and be adept at juggling the changing needs to the business and implementing new policies and procedures. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

Were flexible this is a parttime role of 2 or 3 days per week (up to 24 hours) with flexibility as to the number of hours worked per day and which days worked. The role is hybrid with at least 1 day per week in the London office (ideally Tuesday or Thursday).

Performance Management
Training and Development
HR Compliance
Skills and Experience required:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role within a small business environment.
Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and its application.
Proven experience reviewing implementing and embedding HR policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).

Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Confidential and trustworthy respecting the sensitive nature of HR information.
Location: across all Pitch sites flexible work from home with at least one day per week in London
