Job Description

TriState Metal Roofing is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work on our front Sales Desk. This position is the face of our store so we are looking for an outgoing bright happy person to showcase our servicebased business. This is a fastpaced position that needs to be detailoriented with solid math skills and have strong organizational skills while assisting customers in all sales.

We Provide Training for a stronger skill set in Metal Roofing Mfg.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Service front desk sales orders: phone written and by email.
Preferred minimum of 12 years construction industry sales and understanding.
Aboveaverage math skills
Computer skills and aptitude to learn new programs.

Requirements:

High School graduate or GED
Reliable Transportation
Eligibility to work in the US.
Successful background and preemployment drug test
