Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Developer Associate.
Experience with Azure services (e.g. Azure Functions Logic Apps) for extending Microsoft 365 solutions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles to enhance application usability.
Minimum Qualifications
35 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft 365 application development.
Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and ReactJS for building modern web parts and applications.
Handson experience with Power Apps Power Automate and Power Pages for lowcode development and process automation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online development and customization.
Experience building autonomous agents or bots using Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
Knowledge of REST APIs Microsoft Graph API and integration techniques.
Strong understanding of JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop creative efficient solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
