Position Summary:
As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for building and leading a team of software engineers. The team will be responsible for designing and developing financial products and features for our customers across iOS Android and web. In this role you will work closely with product design infrastructure and cross functional teams. We are looking for someone who can not only lead the team but can also be handson.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of skilled mobile and web engineers delivering userfriendly engineering solutions
- Define solution architecture to include evaluation selection and integration of necessary technical components that realize the defined functional nonfunctional and security requirements.
- Get handson coding with a strong emphasis on architectural changes that address tech debt and increase developer productivity.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to determine teams roadmap and vision and manage against that roadmap
- Ensure the performance quality and security of applications adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Encourage innovation teamwork implementation of cuttingedge technologies and outsideofthebox thinking
Qualifications & Experience:
Degrees Diplomas & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:
- 7 years of professional software development experience
- 2 years of experience of leading a technical team
- Strong experience as an engineer in a fastpaced productfocused development environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability resiliency and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: React React Native Java Azure Terraform Github actions
- Startup experience as an added plus
