To create and contribute to the creation of knowledge by undertaking a specified range ofactivities within an established research programme and/or specific research project.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work on the development of mechanically interlocked ligands for biological imaging. The project will be hosted in the Goldup Group in the School of Chemistry at the University of Birmingham and is part of an MRC funded project. However there will be the opportunity to visit external UK and international collaborators.
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of the project which will include synthesis and data interpretation. Training will be provided in required techniques but demonstrable experience in aqueous supramolecular chemistry is a significant advantage.
