Job Description

Instructor(s) for the up to 250hour Building Operator and Maintenance Mechanic training for adults to prepare them for entrylevel positions in the Building Maintenance industry. The course equips students with essential skills to operate and maintain building systems effectively. The course emphasizes HVAC electrical plumbing and building automation systems. Students will develop the ability to troubleshoot repair and perform preventive maintenance ensuring that building operations run smoothly and efficiently. Position may be shared by 2 teachers. HVAC instructor should lead the course; instructors from other trades are invited to apply to cover specific weeks of class. To be taught in person with 2 hours of monitored asynchronous online learning per :$70/hr. for up to 250 hours of instruction $50/hr. for prep time. One hour of prep for each full day class periodDates:Training will start on June 26th with anticipated graduation in midAugust 2025. The training schedule will be Monday through Thursday 8 am until 4 p.m.
