Job Description
We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in engaging Private & PSU corporations and establishing tieups with insurance and TPAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Should have prior experience working in Hospital / Healthcare corporate marketing.
- Should be accustomed to the process of tieups and negotiations
- Should be polished and capable of presenting oneself professionally and effectively engaging with Csuite executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to establish partnerships with private corporations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decisionmakers to promote our healthcare services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient referral processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics progress and challenges.
- At least 2 years experience in Corporate sales preferably in the healthcare/hospitalindustry.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Prior corporate experience in Mumbai is a must.
- Exposure to CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
