Job Description
Job Summary:
The Commission Payables team will be responsible for validating and releasing agent commission payments by the business units. This responsibility includes making sure all general ledger postings are complete and accurate.
Lets talk job responsibilities:
Create and continue to enhance the future processes to support the approval and release of thirdparty payments.
Implement new Net Suite subledger payables process across Integrity businesses while collaborating with project management operations and finance. Working closely with IntegrityCONNECT Enhanced Commission team to implement automated integration.
Implementing and following SOX Controls related to agents agencies and advisors
Develop team structure and job descriptions.
Hire and manage Commission Payables team.
Develop and manage team metrics and reporting.
Your experience and skills:
Accounting Degree and CPA (preferred)
Operational accounting management 10 yrs)
Implemented and managed third party payments 1099 reporting & unclaimed property
Direct employee management experience
Public company financial close processes and reporting required
